Robyn Schatz

Robyn Schatz is one of the few people we come across in this world that we know we have chosen the best person for the task. Smart, knowledgeable, reliable, serious, she’s very good at creating a seamless experience for every party involved. 27 years in our home, and we would choose her again and again to sell or buy a home.

Robyn quickly secured a great buyer at a great price and was a pleasure to deal with. We were happy with the whole process. The open house produced multiple offers in the first weekend. I highly recommend her.

We had an extremely positive experience working with Robin to sell our home at the asking price very quickly. She also helped us to purchase our new home in Dix Hills. She is very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend her to both sellers and buyers.

Robyn recently listed and sold our home in Melville. She exhibited incredible knowledge of the market and integrally guided us through the process. Most significantly, Robyn delivered. Her foresight and direction from day one led to a result beyond our expectations. If you are considering a transaction in the Dix Hills and Melville area, Robyn Schatz is the only person to call.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and absolutely the best agent, look no further! Robyn truly is the best there is! We sold 2 houses and bought 1 with her, and she could not have been any better! She even found my daughter and fiancé their perfect house at a great price during the COVID surge. She truly is the best there is!

Robin Schatz, Signature Properties in Dix Hills, has been incredible to work with throughout our home buying process. She was attentive to all of our needs and really made it easy and seamless. She worked extra hard to find us our perfect home. She was patient even when showing us a home for the second time or doing another drive by the home to inspect it a little further. Robyn was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We loved that she went above and beyond with answering calls and emails at any time. We are truly over-the-top in love with our new home, and we would not have found it without her. We highly recommend her to be your agent wh...

Robyn is the best real estate broker I have ever dealt with. She helps us sell our beloved home quickly and for the right price. She is caring, reliable, smart, and a workaholic! I cannot say enough great things about her!

Robyn's expertise and professionalism are unparalleled. She marketed and sold our home in record time to well-qualified buyers. She was involved in every step of the process, all the way through closing. It couldn't have gone smoother. I highly recommend Robyn to anyone considering selling or buying a home anywhere on Long Island.

We retained Robyn to sell our home and selected her for a number of reasons after having worked with other agents in the past. Robyn is professional, honest, and has a very strong network and reputation. Robyn understands the importance of keeping an open relationship with her customers and that communication is key always to having a successful transaction. Would highly recommend Robyn to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We enlisted Robyn's services to sell our home and buy our new home. In order to get into the house we wanted, we needed to sell, buy, and close on two homes in quick order. Mission Complete! (We did not even get a chance to hang out the For Sale sign, we had one Open House and multiple offers, going to contract in less than a week). We were very happy with both our sales price and buy price. If you want an agent who is intimate with the area, has a thorough understanding of the local marketplace, and is available on a dime to reassure and guide you through the complex end-to-end process of home buying and selling, I am not sure it is possible to do ...
